STRESS
"Killing Me Night And Day" (Reissue)
Deep Shag Records

First released in 1984, "Killing Me Night & Day" is a classic melodic rock album. Stress came thundering out of Southern California with a rock sound and killer pop hooks. The band played extensively in San Diego and Los Angeles during the heyday of hard rock in the mid to late 80's. Killing Me Night & Day is reissued here in its entirety along with previously unreleased studio bonus tracks featuring Jimmy Crespo (Aerosmith, Rough Cutt).

Stress was founded in 1983 by bassist Josquin des Pres and vocalist/guitarist Mike Thomas to merge the energy of rock 'n' roll with their extensive jazz chops. They added guitarist Tim Nicholson and went through a number of drummers; most notably hard hitter Leroy Vega (formerly of Assassin). When Nicholson left in early 1985, he was replaced with axe-slinger Jimmy Crespo fresh from a stint with Aerosmith.
