Any death metal fan should need no introduction to the band Incantation. Since 1992's "Onward To Golgotha," Incantation have been one of the leading acts in the US underground and "Blasphemy" is the most powerful example of why the band is at the top of the death metal game. All the trademark heaviness and brutality are present, without compromise or mercy and the band finds itself reinvigorated after a move to a new label and the return of longtime drummer Kyle Severn. "Blasphemy" will not only follow in the wake of the band's standard establishing earlier works, but surpass them in intensity and success.
