The latest chapter in the Yeah Right legacy is an explosive, ten song release titled "New Era." Vocalist/bassist Rinat is the most attractive woman I have ever laid eyes on. Her voice is soft and seductive one minute and beautifully violent the next. Guitarist Steve Ripley doesn't need to do an instrumental album to show how great he is. One listen to his work here is enough to assault your senses. New drummer Bryan West fits in perfectly. Yeah Right is an aggressive, hard rock, groove metal, power trio and "New Era" is a monster creation, one that goes for the throat and doesn't let up until each one of these ten songs are jammed down your throat. They did that with their previous release, "Freak," as well. Only, with "New Era," it's a hundred times better. Yeah Right has greatly improved with each release they have done and, until they come out with another album, this is their best work to date! There's a lot of reviews in this issue of Ballbuster and "New Era" blows 99% of them away, this is the album that puts all others to shame. If you don't order a copy of this album, you shouldn't be reading this magazine! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! http://www.yeah-right.com Yeah Right4343 16th St. Suite 125 Moline IL. 61265 ©1999, BBHrdRpt |
