Here's a band that has been around for quite some time (since 1992). Previous releases were influenced by power and doom metal (or so the bio says). But, on this album, I can't hear any doom influence. Sounds to me like the band is in the territory of heavy power metal, with a slight thrash influence.

It's a good album that will probably get lost in the crowd due to the fact that there's a number of other bands out there playing the same exact style of music. But, this album was just released (February 9th). So, with the right amount of promotion, they should be able to rise above all the other bands out there. Only time will tell. As for my opinion...I'd say it's worthy of a listen, I'd recommend it.
