By BecA Marshall Breaker is definitive of what a great metal band should be. They are heavy, talented and have a singer instead of a screamer. The songs are catchy and all six tracks off of their EP, "Accept" are strong. Track three, "10 Seconds In" is my favorite due to the cool guitar riffs at the beginning. But, track six, "Sleepless Night" also has a very cool guitar solo even though this song is Breaker's attempt at the typical metal ballad. The production on the EP is album quality. There seems to be a lot of chemistry in this band. There is no competition between the band members to show off. Each song is well written and each member is equally talented at what they do. Breaker seems to have an Iron Maiden-type edge to them mixed with a more 80's type sound like Anvil. Overall, Breaker is a solid metal band that the United States metal scene has been looking for.
