Those fine folks at Organ Radio have done it again. The only UK label with any guts, they've assembled a fine collection of bands...none that I've heard of...that come out and just kick your teeth in. True, not every song on this album is a winner, but, the fine moments overshadow the weak links. The highlight here is a band that goes by the name Coptic Rain. They have a rather unique female vocalist named Katrin, who has a voice that just stood out above everything else on this album. At least in my opinion. Other artists include Sunlounger, Latch, Mind Tuition, Breed 77, Pornorphans, Charger and Vacant Stare (to name a few). For a good idea of what's floating around out there in other parts of the world, this disc could be a good starting point for you.
