Dream or Nightmare (demo)

Dream Or Nightmare are a metal band from Ohio who have just cut this four-track demo CD. Their music is basic heavy metal, very influenced by 80's bands, thrash in particular. It is raw, gritty, and crunchy. The four songs, "Be Gone Or Be Damned", "The Phoenix Will Rise", "Sea Of Rage", and "Conflicting Addiction" all chug along like a steam train, packing a punch as they do. Their singer Javier Colon has a powerful and gutsy voice, and they rest of the band play with conviction. The band aren't really doing anything new, but they are good at what they do. If they keep cranking 'em out like this, they should find themselves a niche in the metal community, even if it is only an underground one. As with all bands, time will tell.
