By Melanie Falina Fragile X has got a very distinct guitar sound. Lead vocalist, Jeff Hall, is also the lead guitarist.no pressure there! A lot of vocalists don't even like to play rhythm guitar, let alone lead. But he handles the dual role well while Chris Gailfoil on drums and Tommy Steward on bass back him up. This 5-song disc shows promise of some talented guys, but I'd like to see them let loose a little bit more. Their songs are well crafted, but it sounds almost as if they're holding back a bit.
