Marilyn Manson does the record label thing and the first band he decides to sign is Godhead. Their upcoming release, "2000 Years Of Human Error," will hit the street on January 23rd, 2001 and this little promo disc features three tunes; "The Reckoning," "I Sell Society" and "Break You Down," which features guest vocalist Marilyn Manson. They've had three independent releases before this upcoming album (two of which I heard) and it would seem that this band hasn't changed a bit...if they have, it's for the better. The music of Godhead has a gothic/industrial flavor to it and on these three songs, it's clear that the band is preparing to unleash the strongest collection of material they have ever recorded. Good production, full of energy and aggression, which is what people have come to expect from this fast rising band. Now, the only question that remains is this...is the rest of the world ready for what Godhead has to offer? Only time will tell.
