By Wayne Klinger I go a history lesson with this band's name anyway since I don't pay attention like I used to. The name derives from the Mojave Desert in Nevada where they test nuclear bombs..find that interesting? I do since the band is from Brazil! They know more than me in my own country..not a good sign for me..hehe YF is somewhat a strange brew of NIN and Perfect Circle with a very cool and original guitar sound.I have no clue where they come up with their ideas but this is as original as I can even give a hint at; probably since the music scene is a bit different over there than our trendy-jumping country.Only a 6-track CD but enough here to keep your mind busy on their direction.Worth hearing since it's hard to categorize. yuccaflats@brasilnet.net
